Dancing Bear Aspen offers Owners six weeks of usage—two confirmed winter weeks, two confirmed summer weeks and two confirmed space-available weeks, with unlimited short-term additional weeks subject to availability and in accordance with the Owner's Reservations Policies and Procedures.

Additional residences are also available for up to seven days, within 23 days of an Owner's scheduled arrival, based on availability. Friends and family may use your residence during the four priority weeks when you're not there

Dancing Bear residential interests are real estate assets, sold in fee simple 1/8 deeded, fractional units. Interests can be resold at any time. Initially, to protect the value of each Owner's investment, the Developer has a right of first refusal to repurchase a unit for a period of three years from the execution of the Preconstruction Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Reasonable annual membership dues cover all amenities, taxes, utilities and other costs, outside of housekeeping charges incurred during your stay.
